Liebe Community,

da sich meine Situation in meinem Hauptjob stark verändert hat und ich auch im privaten Umfeld einige Hürden zu meistern habe, habe ich beschlossen, mein Amt als CM ab dem 31.01.2021 niederzulegen. Leider gab es aus diesen Gründen nie wirklich die Möglichkeit, mich als CM beweisen zu können.
Deshalb suchen wir nach einer neuen Verstärkung für das CM-Team ab dem 01. Februar oder nach Vereinbarung. Bei Interesse findet ihr alle Informationen nachfolgend. Bitte beachtet, dass die Voraussetzung sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind und deshalb die Ausschreibung in Englisch gehalten ist.

We are looking for new freelance Community Manager to support our players on the German and Swiss-German-speaking market for Tribal Wars and we would be absolutely thrilled to receive applications from our devoted community.

Working for InnoGames as a Community Manager is not only fun, it is also a giving and educational experience. As part of our Community Management Department, you get to be in direct contact with our customers, the players. You will work closely together with our in-house team and other Community Managers from all around the world.

Your mission:
  • Expanding and maintaining our game’s online community Recruiting and supervising a support team Setting up and administrating our game’s forum
  • Establishing cooperation with fan sites and fan projects (such as magazines created by players)
  • Maintaining and expanding our game’s social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Planning and executing events and contests (in-game and on the forum)
  • Solving payment issues of players and communication with our Payment Team
  • Caring about product quality, reporting of issues in our bug tracking system
  • Providing development team with community feedback, taking part into forum discussions
  • Reporting directly to the Lead Community Manager

Your profile:
  • Excellent language skills in language of respective market (native speaker, very good in writing)
  • Good language skills in English You enjoy written communication with players: drafting and publishing announcements, guides, responding to player inquiries, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (or similar)
  • An affinity to video games, browser games or mobile games
  • Team player, good task and team management; able to work well under pressure; able to do multi-tasking and to prioritize tasks independently
  • Result-oriented and self-reliant way of working
